    Job Description

    As the operational engine behind our sales team, you are all about making sure our sales team has what they need when they need it — whether that’s a battle card, a product update, or a cleaned-up CRM flow. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes support system that keeps our sales content and processes sharp, scalable, and effective, empowering reps to do their best work without needing to directly manage or train them. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, CX and Finance, and help connect strategy to execution in a way that drives real results. If you have 3-5 years of sales enablement experience and are someone who loves structure, enjoys writing and organizing content, and is excited by the idea of helping a team perform at their best, let’s talk!

    Spend your days:

    • Keep sales enablement materials, process documentation and competitive analysis organized and up to date — think playbooks, persona guides, objection handling, and messaging resources
    • Document our sales motion using MEDDIC methodology and support reps in using it effectively
    • Manage and maintain enablement tools, Salesforce/HubSpot CRM workflows, and ICP data
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership on rollout plans, positioning updates, and feedback loops
    • Coordinate content for product launches in partnership with Product, CX, and Marketing
    • Create and deliver enablement assets — from slide decks and call recordings to discovery templates and training recaps
    • Regularly gather feedback from the sales team to improve tools and resources
    • Collaborate with Finance to improve the payment flows from our customers, large and small
    • Explore and implement AI tools to streamline and enhance the sales process — from automating workflows to analyzing conversations — and use insights to coach the sales team, improve efficiency, and drive better outcomes
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

     Show us your:

    • 3 to 5 years in a sales enablement administrative role
    • Experience with enablement platforms or onboarding frameworks - Gong, Highspot, Lessonly, Salesforce
    • Strong writing and presentation skills — you're great at creating clear, engaging content
    • Experience managing a tech stack and leveraging tools to support sales forecasting and productivity - Salesforce, HubSpot, Autobound, ZoomInfo, Loom, Chili Piper
    • Analytical, organized, and eager to build scalable systems
    • A collaborative mindset with a deep understanding of how Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance work together
    • Excitement for supporting reps and helping teams win together

    Additional Information

    Our team enjoys:

    • Salary $65,000 - $78,000 and a suite of benefits
