Title: Sales Support Specialist, Elite Dermatology
Location: Work from home, with some office hours in Pompano Beach. Full time position

Description:
The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing a high-level support to the sales team, helping with any issues and request, while consistently deliver a high-quality service.
- Research zip codes by State and compile a list of target accounts for salesforce and managers.
- Ensure tracking information is sent to sales teams and managers for marketing material packages.
- Maintain marketing materials inventory and tradeshow inventory.
- Report updates to leadership, when designated low quantities are reached to the appropriate parties for reordering.
- Help in the research, development, and evolving promotion of brand.
- Assist in entering order approval forms & standard sales orders as needed.
- Assist in requesting updates from production and disseminate acquired information to consultants & managers.
- Communicate through email correspondence to consultants and managers for delayed orders, back orders & partially shipped orders.
- Manage shipments of medications to and from customers.
- Help in requesting expedited shipping costs to provide to consultants/managers’ customers.
- Data entry as needed.
- Support the company’s management team with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Some sales or corporate administrative experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism & customer support to salesforce and management team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively with other departments.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
- Self-Motivated, creative & takes initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
- Adhere to companies’ policies and procedures.
- Ability to identify problems or potential issues and implement solutions with team.
Compensation: $65k-70k Base DOE - 401k, and great benefits
