Gerhard’s Appliance is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive by nature, and takes pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You’ll Do

Serve as a trusted partner to our sales team by managing critical internal communication, timelines, and client coordination

Proactively communicate with clients, builders, and internal teams to provide clear updates and next steps

Maintain client awareness of installation schedules, delivery dates, rebate processes, and product specs

Respond to client and internal requests via email and phone with professionalism and urgency

Assist with additional projects and work closely with our management team to continue to improve our sales process

Act as a point of contact to help sales consultants resolve issues efficiently and support clients with care between several departments

Champion the Gerhard’s Experience by ensuring every interaction is courteous, timely, and detail-oriented

Who You Are

A strong communicator with a “How can I help?” mindset

Highly organized and reliable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a busy team environment

Tech-savvy and capable with Microsoft Office, and general business systems

Experienced in customer service or sales support roles (appliance or home improvement background is a plus!)
