Job Summary
Our North Orange County sign and graphics company is looking for an energetic and outgoing, part-time Sales Support Specialist to join our team. We work on fun and challenging sign and graphics projects in a fast-paced environment where every week is different.
The Sales Support Specialist role is responsible for handling inbound customer phone calls and website leads, creating quotes for customers, following up until closing, and turning quotes into orders. The process of creating quotes requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation. This position also supports our graphic design, production and installation teams as well as assisting with graphics production. This position could lead to a full time position in the future!
Responsibilities
This is not a remote position
This is a part-time position - Monday through Friday...no weekends!
Handle inbound calls and leads
Advise prospects and clients on sign and graphics solutions
Create quotes using our Point-of-Sale system
Follow-up with prospects after sending quotes to confirm receipt and understanding of the proposal. Handle objections and continue to follow up until closing.
Convert quotes to invoices
Contact past customers for re-activation
Support Graphic Designers and check customer logo/art files using Adobe Illustrator
Take payments and close out invoices
Update material costs in our Point-of-Sale system
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a professional Office Administrator, Salesperson or Customer Service Representative – WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!
Great communication skills!
Positive Can-Do attitude!
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Basic math skills and ability to multi-task
Experience with Typing, Windows, and email applications
Starting pay $18-20 per hour depending upon skills and abilities
