Job Summary
Works with clients in identifying their needs and problems in order to promote appropriate company products and services
General Accountabilities
Manages and grows existing accounts
Sells additional services to clients
Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services
Handles queries about company products and services
Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products
Plans for and attends trade shows to establish new business
Provides customer service to business partners
Educates business partners and end users on company products and services
Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers
Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Input and process transaction information from start to finish
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Job Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a professional work environment
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs
