The responsibilities of a Sales Support Trainee include, but aren’t limited to:

• Providing assistance in marketing activities related to energy retail sales campaigns
• Supporting the planning and implementation of local promotional events and retail marketing activities
• Working closely with sales representatives to identify potential customers and encourage them to register
• Maintaining and distributing promotional materials
• Help with conducting market research
• Monitoring campaign performance and assisting in reports

To be considered as a Sales Support Trainee, you need to have:

• A high school diploma, or equivalent is required (a college degree or some college education is a plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively
• Basic knowledge of the sales processes is an advantage
• Comfortability in facing customers in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to travel to nearby areas for promotional events and gatherings
