    Position Overview:
    We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Sales Team Administrator to join our Wholesale and Bulk division. This role will support the sales team by managing orders, tracking performance, and ensuring smooth operations across various platforms like Shopify and HubSpot. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven individual who excels at communication and thrives in a structured environment. This is a fully remote position, working directly with the Vice President of Sales and collaborating with a team of five other sales executives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting New Accounts: Identify and reach out to potential distributors for partnerships.

    • Follow-Up on Shipments: Ensure timely delivery and satisfaction by tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise.

    • Order Management: Finalize orders in Shopify, marking them as fulfilled and paid once completed.

    • Sales Reporting: Regularly prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and progress toward targets.

    • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to distributors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in customer support, preferably within the ecommerce industry.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with direct and clear communication.

    • Analytical mindset, comfortable with sales reports and data analysis.

    • Proficient in Shopify , Gorgias , Slack , HubSpot , and other eCommerce tools.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to work independently and stay structured.

    • Experience working in a remote, flexible work environment, with the ability to manage time effectively.

    Additional Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with HubSpot.

    • Ability to work well with other sales team members and support sales initiatives.

    • Flexibility to work throughout the day to meet business needs.

    Benefits:
