As a Sales Team Lead/Driver, you'll work outdoors, provide excellent customer service, and present a professional image for the company. You'll lead a small team, drive sales, and maintain safety standards. You and your team will drive to customers' homes or businesses, load up rubbish, and haul it away.

Job Responsibilities

Show up on time with your uniformed crew and truck

Use good judgment and spatial reasoning to give accurate quotes

Load and haul away rubbish quickly and efficiently

General labor, including site cleanup and light demolition

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Support company recycling goals, keep the truck clean, and distribute marketing materials

Requirements

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and at least 5 years of driving experience

Must pass a drug test, background check, and DMV records check

Available to work weekends

Willing to work 30+ hours per week during busy season

Able to lift and move up to 75 lbs

Reliable transportation to and from work

Customer service/sales experience is a plus

Construction experience is helpful
