Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products

Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor or workspace

Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies

Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner

Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company offerings

Requirements:

Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency

High school diploma or equivalent required

Being open to improve consistently through ongoing training and staying up to date with current customer service standards.
