    We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who understands the local market and can generate ideas that drive new sales to multiple hotel properties. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed profit margins and revenue targets. Our next area sales manager is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years of experience in managing sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities: • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives Field inbound inquiries from potential clients across our practice areas (family law, criminal defense, personal injury, and more)Run consultative intake conversations — ask the right questions, get to the real problem, and recommend the right path forwardBuild genuine rapport fast, often with people who are stressed or emotionalConvert qualified inquiries into signed clients while keeping the experience human, not transactionalFollow up with persistence and care — no lead falls through the cracksTrack every conversation and outcome in our system (PracticePanther) so nothing gets lostHit and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targetsBe the first impression that makes someone glad they called us Qualifications: • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Stays organized and manage time well • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred A proven $1M book of business you personally built — this is non-negotiableReal inside sales experience with a consultative, relationship-driven approachA natural read on people and genuine empathy under pressureThe discipline to follow up relentlessly without being pushyComfort selling a high-trust, high-stakes service (legal, financial, healthcare, or similar a plus)Strong phone and written communication — clear, warm, and confidentCRM fluency and the organization to manage a full pipelineThe mindset that closing and caring are the same skill, not opposites Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base plus bonuses
