Position Summary

As a Sales Tech, you are both a revenue driver and a field leader.

You will:

· Generate and close new business

· Deliver high-quality pest control services

· Lead by example in the field

· Create exceptional customer experiences

· Help train and support other technicians

What You’ll Do

Sales & Growth

· Prospect and contact new customers (phone, text, email, in-person, door-to-door)

· Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities

· Provide accurate quotes and close business

· Upsell services and maintain strong customer retention

· Build long-term residential and commercial relationships

Field Service & Operations

· Perform property inspections at homes and businesses

· Apply mosquito and pest control treatments using backpack sprayers and equipment

· Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met

· Support route planning, scheduling, and inventory management

· Maintain equipment and company vehicle

Leadership & Team Support

· Lead by example in professionalism and work ethic

· Help train and mentor new technicians

· Reinforce safety and service best practices

· Represent the brand with positivity and integrity

What We’re Looking For

· 2+ years of sales, leadership, or customer-facing experience

· 1+ years of pest control experience

· Strong communication and closing skills

· Self-motivated with high personal accountability

· Comfortable prospecting and generating new business

· Hands-on, problem-solving mindset

· Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical role

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
