Job Description
CRD Careers is sourcing a Territory Sales Manager to drive market penetration and relationship-building across the architecture and design community. This role covers Upstate New York and Eastern Pennsylvania, with a focus on commercial building products and high-touch client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing accounts and pursue new business across the territory
Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and facility end users
Deliver presentations and product expertise to A&D firms and commercial clients
Act as a trusted resource and industry expert across the region
Qualifications
Based near Syracuse or Rochester
5–7 years of outside sales experience in building materials or construction
Proven success calling on architects and designers
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills
