Sales Territory Manager – Houston, TX | Field Sales | A&D Market
Job Description
This is a high-touch, field-based sales role focused on Education, Hospitality, Government, and commercial markets (excluding healthcare). You’ll own the territory, build relationships across A&D and end-user communities, and drive market penetration with premium architectural products.
Core Responsibilities
Specify commercial building products to architects, designers, contractors, and facility managers
Conduct presentations, set appointments, and activate new accounts
Build long-term relationships and become a trusted industry resource
Travel across Houston, San Antonio, and South Texas
Qualifications
Based in Houston with 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience
Fluent in A&D community dynamics and hospitality verticals
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
