Storm Guard Roofing & Construction – Madison, WI Leadership Role | Performance Accountability | Growth-Focused
Storm Guard Roofing & Construction of Madison is seeking a high-level Sales Trainer to develop, coach, and elevate our outside sales team.
This role goes beyond basic onboarding. You will drive performance, reinforce standards, conduct interviews, lead roleplay sessions, and continuously improve our sales training systems.
We are looking for someone who has personally produced results and can now build a high-performing sales culture.
What You’ll Own:
Train and onboard new sales representatives
Conduct ride-alongs and field coaching
Lead regular sales meetings and structured roleplay sessions
Retrain and develop underperforming team members
Assist with interviewing and evaluating new sales candidates
Implement new training initiatives and process improvements
Track key sales metrics and drive closing ratio improvement
Reinforce accountability and professional standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven personal success in sales (home improvement/construction preferred)
Experience coaching or mentoring sales professionals
Strong presentation and communication skills
Confident delivering direct, constructive feedback
Organized and highly metrics-driven
Committed to continuous improvement and team development
