The Sales Training & Lead Generation Manager will oversee and develop a team of telemarketing/inside sales representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Responsibilities: • Lead, coach, and manage a team of telemarketing representatives responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification • Oversee daily call activity, ensuring compliance with scripts, quality standards, and company policies • Develop and refine calling strategies to generate high‑quality prospects for transfer to loan officers • Monitor key performance metrics, including call volume, contact rate, transfer rate, and conversion quality • Train team members on communication skills, objection handling, and lead qualification criteria • Collaborate closely with loan officers and sales leadership to align prospecting efforts with business goals • Conduct regular call monitoring, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement • Ensure compliance with TCPA, Do Not Call regulations, and internal compliance standards • Manage schedules, attendance, and productivity to maximize coverage and results • Prepare and present reports on team performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI • Foster a positive, high‑energy team culture focused on accountability, growth, and results Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in sales leadership, telemarketing management, or call center supervision • Experience coaching or training sales teams (mortgage experience is a plus but not required) • Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills • Ability to analyze performance metrics and turn insights into actionable coaching • Comfortable leading a team in a high‑activity environment • Organized, proactive, and passionate about developing people Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
