Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with potential and current tenants
• Developing pipeline of leads
• Scheduling and conducting property tours
• Learning about client needs
• Pitching services to customize for the customers' needs
• Sending out mass emails to prospective customers
• Presenting client proposals
• Executing final contracts
• Responding to customer questions and online interest
• Developing new marketing concepts to target specific customers
• Developing presentations for potential customers
• Evaluating effectiveness of sales process to improve

Special Skills:

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well with goals and deadlines
• Strong service and people skills

Must Have:

• BA or BS degree required
• 1+ years of office
• Experience in cold-calling and servicing warm leads
• Great people and relationship building skills
