    Position Summary The Sales & Account Representative is responsible for growing Swim Pro Service and Supply’s commercial client base throughout Central Kentucky, Northern Kentucky and Louisville. This role combines sales, account management, and new business development, supporting existing clients while securing new commercial customers. Swim Pro provides lead sourcing to support active prospecting efforts.

    This individual sells Swim Pro’s full suite of commercial pool services and products, positioning the company as a trusted partner for compliance, reliability, and ongoing pool operations. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to identify long-term service opportunities.

    As the commercial division expands, high-performing team members will have opportunities for increased responsibility, expanded account ownership, and enhanced earning potential.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    Convert company-provided leads into new commercial accounts

    Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities within assigned territories

    Conduct site visits to assess needs and recommend service solutions

    Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements

    Meet or exceed sales and growth targets

    Account Management & Client Retention

    Maintain strong relationships with commercial clients

    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts

    Identify cross-sell opportunities

    Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth onboarding

    Address client questions to support long-term retention

    Qualifications

    Required

    2+ years of B2B or service-based sales experience

    Experience with commercial properties or property management clients

    Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

    Comfortable with inbound leads and outbound prospecting

    Ability to manage a territory and multiple accounts

    Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Kentucky

    Preferred

    Experience in pool services, facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or related trades

    Knowledge of Kentucky commercial markets
