    Premier Martial Arts is hiring a PT Sales & Administrative Coordinator for our location in Buckhead Atlanta!

    πŸ’Ό Sales & Customer Engagement

    Greet walk-in prospects and convert inquiries into membership sign-ups

    Conduct sales intro and explain programs, schedules, and pricing

    Follow up with leads via phone, email, or text to increase conversions

    Track sales metrics and maintain CRM/database with accuracy

    School Marketing – Take pictures, and videos of internal happenings; conduct online / social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok). Connect with potential customers through video, print, digital, face to face, and grassroots efforts, to include but not limited to distribution of marketing materials into the community, attend schools, trade shows, festivals and religious organizations

    Promote events, memberships, and referral programs to increase studio revenue

    Manage daily front desk operations (check-in, phone calls, email responses)

    Maintain class schedules, and attendance records

    Collect and process payments, membership dues, and registration forms

    Order and track uniforms, gear, and office supplies

    Prepare and update studio documents, signage, and internal communications

    Manage migration of current customers from our old system to the new one.

    Welcome students and families to create a warm, inclusive environment

    Resolve member concerns or escalate issues when necessary

    Coordinate studio events (graduations, belt testing, demos, parents’ night out, birthday events etc.)

    Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and presentable.

    Support the studio director with reporting on revenue, attendance, and retention

    Work with instructors to align class logistics, promotions, and customer needs

    Communicate updates to members regarding schedules, closures, or events.

    βœ… Prior Experience / Qualifications/ Requirements

    1. Customer Service Experience (1–3 years) in a customer-facing role (receptionist, front desk, retail, or hospitality; Demonstrated ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and create a positive client experience.

    2. Sales or Enrollment Experience (1-3 years) Experience converting leads to customers (e.g., gym memberships, program enrollments, product sales); Friendly, service-oriented personality with strong communication skills; Comfort with explaining pricing, following up on leads, and using sales scripts or software.

    3. Administrative/Office Coordination - Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Experience managing schedules, calendars, or payment systems; Comfortable with light data entry, email correspondence, and filing (digital or paper).

    4. CRM or Studio Management Software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media, camaras, video, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.

    5. Youth Programs, Fitness, or Martial Arts Environment - Experience working with children, families, or in a recreational/fitness setting, Sales driving with passion for health, wellness, or martial arts is a strong cultural fit.

    Time and Transportation Requirement

    This position will be part-time between 12-20 hours a week. May increase over time.

    Current daily schedule: Weekdays - 4 hours, 3 days a week, and Weekends- 1 day (Sat). Days and work times will vary week to week between 1-7 depending on work and events. Saturdays may vary between 8-3 as well; Most Saturdays will be between 9-12.

    Must be flexible to work afternoons, evenings, Saturdays and some holidays.

    Must have own transportation to get to and from work.

    Work Location: On site, 2900 Peachtree Road NW, Atlanta, GA 30305, Ste. 213

    Pay: $17/hour
