Chick-fil-A Woodbury is seeking a Sales and Catering Director to manage, implement, and execute effective strategies to grow catering sales. This position actively seeks opportunities to build the brand through strategic partnerships and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Build relationships with local community leaders, business owners, and school corporations to grow our brand within the Woodbury community

Identify catering opportunities, field catering calls, and schedule meetings with potential clients

Oversee fulfillment, delivery, and execution of catering orders

Follow up with guests for feedback and to inquire about their recent catering experience

Maintain and continue to grow existing catering relationships

Distribute marketing materials to potential catering customers to build awareness of Chick-fil-A catering

Plan, organize and execute events within the restaurant

Represent Chick-fil-A Woodbury at various community events

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven self-starter, with a high level of initiative

Capable and passionate about building relationships

Outgoing, self-motivated and coachable

Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask, delegate tasks when appropriate, and make decisions quickly

Adaptable and willing to step outside of job role to assist in other roles
