About the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for driving studio growth through lead follow up, sales communication, and strong partner outreach. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, self driven, loves being out in the community meeting people, and enjoys turning interest into enrollment. You will own the sales pipeline and be a key voice of the studio for both prospective families and community partners. This is a part-time position, about 5-10 hours a week with the opportunity for increased hours.
What You Will Do Lead Follow Up and Sales
Respond to incoming leads through email, text, phone, and in person conversation
Manage lead nurturing sequences with prompt and thoughtful follow up
Build relationships with prospective moms and help guide them into the right class
Convert inquiries into registrations
Track leads, conversations, and conversion metrics using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
Community and Partner Outreach
Build and maintain strong referral relationships with trusted partners, including OB offices, postpartum practitioners, doulas, pediatric offices, and related networks
Coordinate lunch and learns, partner visits, and friendly drop ins
Represent the studio with professionalism and warmth
Identify new referral relationships and nurture existing ones
Events and Studio Visibility
Support and help organize in studio events, community gatherings, and parent meet ups
Ensure events create connection and drive future enrollments
Help with marketing materials and promotional efforts for events and partnerships
Reporting and Collaboration
Provide weekly reporting on lead volume and activity
Align sales efforts with studio capacity
Offer suggestions and ideas for improving outreach strategies

Preferred Experience
Sales, account management, customer success, or service based consultative sales
Event coordination or community partnership outreach
Familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking
Experience in wellness, education, health, hospitality, or child or family centered services is a plus
