About the Role:

Chalo LLC is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Bellevue, WA! In this role, you'll be the face of our company — building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. If you're a people-person with a passion for helping others and closing deals, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in-person, by phone, or digitally to understand their needs and recommend solutions

Drive sales by identifying opportunities, following up on leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers

Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey

Stay up to date on products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers

Requirements:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with basic computer systems, CRM tools, or point-of-sale software is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a bonus

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player with a positive attitude
