Full-Time Seasonal Position (Through Late November)
At Lawn Doctor, we help homeowners create healthier, better-looking lawns while delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success & Sales Representative during our busy season.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, urgency, organization, and the ability to manage a high volume of customer interaction while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
This role combines customer service, customer retention, inbound sales, outbound follow-up, and operational communication responsibilities. Team members in this role actively help both new and existing customers understand service recommendations, solve lawn concerns, and move forward with the services that best fit their needs.
The responsibilities within this role will vary throughout the season based on business needs, customer demand, and seasonal service timing. Some periods of the season may require heavier outbound follow-up and customer communication efforts.
The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, solving problems, staying busy throughout the day, and working in a team-oriented environment where their work directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and company growth.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls, texts, and emails
Assist in converting inbound leads into customers
Conduct outbound follow-up with customers and leads as needed throughout the season
Help existing customers add services and improve lawn results
Recommend services and programs based on customer lawn concerns and goals
Support customer retention and help resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Process customer payments and update customer accounts
Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staff
Support sales follow-up and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate customer notes and account documentation
Take ownership of customer communication, follow-through, and resolution
Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout every interaction

Comfortable confidently discussing pricing, service recommendations, and customer solutions over the phone

Someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and works to solve problems rather than pass them along
Previous customer service, inside sales, office, or call handling experience preferred
Lawn care knowledge is helpful but not required

Position Details
This is a full-time seasonal position expected to run through late November based on seasonal business needs. Performance and growth opportunities are available for team members who consistently demonstrate reliability, communication skills, accountability, and strong customer support.
Compensation: $18.00–$23.00/hour + Bonus Opportunities
