What You’ll Do as a Window Treatment Sales Consultant As a key member of our design sales team, you will:
Lead 2–3 in-home consultations daily with homeowners and small businesses
Guide clients through the selection of custom blinds, shades, shutters, motorized window coverings, and drapery panels
Recommend solutions that balance style, privacy, light control, energy efficiency, and budget
Use measuring tools to accurately assess windows and prepare product quotes
Input and track customer information in our CRM system
Collaborate with installers and support staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment
Stay current on interior design trends, smart home integrations, and seasonal product promotions
Follow up on leads, provide outstanding service, and maintain long-term client relationships
Occasionally attend local home shows, networking events, or design expos to promote our services (optional)
What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is excited to build a career in home design, residential and commercial window treatment solutions, and interior product sales.
1+ year of sales experience – preferably in furniture, home décor, flooring, home improvement, or interior design
A keen eye for design and a passion for helping clients transform their spaces
Strong communication and active listening skills to build trust with clients
Comfortable using a tape measure, basic hand tools, and a step ladder
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM tools
Organized, dependable, and able to manage your time effectively
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel
