    Our locally owned Gulf Coast Franchise is seeking a talented individual to add to our Sales Team operating out of our Metairie Showroom and greater New Orleans and North Shore area.

    YES??!! GREAT! Our Sales Team is growing and looking for someone with Drive and project management skills to Sell and Head their own portfolio of projects of varying complexity. We have a great Culture and a Brand that is second to none, you bring the curiosity, relationship building skills and a relentless attitude for a HIGH EARNING dynamic environment.

    We’ll provide:

    Training - We have over 900 nationwide Designers and are expanding here along the Gulf Coast. Paid training (8-10 weeks) as part of guaranteed salary plus commissions to get you rolling.

    Autonomy – Work life balance and flexible work schedule

    Ongoing Support – Extensive new hire training and investment with on-going personal development and training/support programs and all supplies (laptop, Ipad, samples, etc.) to give you the tools you'll need.

    Resources – We generate most of the leads for you initially until you build a book of business over time. A team of professionals to complete the project and extensive experience and support to meet your energy!

    Generous Compensation package – Performance based compensation, commission and bonuses (Minimum guaranteed $600 per week for first 6 months before commission and bonus program)

    Benefits –Medical, Dental, Vision after 90 days of employment and 401(k) with matching

    Qualifications:

    Outside sales experience with commission structure and a proven track record of setting and hitting goals

    Home Improvement or Related Sales Experience, Style or Interior Design industry experience a plus

    Reliable Vehicle & Valid Driver’s License to commute to customer’s homes for appointments (We pay travel stipend per Client)

    Ability to kneel and stoop for on-site measuring with measuring tools

    Detail Oriented in handling multiple projects at one time

    Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a Team

    Experience with computer software and ability to learn CAD Programs as well as continuous improvement attitude
