ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Utilize Sales skills on qualified appointmentsMeet and build rapport with customers in their homes
Determine their design needsEducate customers by presenting the Re-Bath solutionClose sales
Utilize Project and Design skills on qualified appointmentsConduct job site measuring
Photograph spaces appropriatelyCreate designs with customersSelect appropriate productsCorrectly calculate costs of projects
Learn and implement the Re-Bath Franchise Sales system, tools, training, and resources
QUALIFICATIONS
One Call Closer experience
A minimum of 2 years of direct to customer sales experience; in-home sales experience a plus
Home improvement related sales experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Responsible and reliable
Coachable mindset
Competitive by nature
Clean driving record and background check
Warm, outgoing, and enthusiastic
