Sales Designer / In-Home Sales Representative

Location: Greater South Seattle/Tacoma Area (Hybrid / In-Person Client Visits)

Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000+ per year Performance-based role with commission and bonus structure Average target for monthly earnings: $5,000. Top performers earn $100k+

Job Description: Are you a people person with a creative side? Do you enjoy helping others get organized and love a flexible schedule? Join Closets by Design, a nationally recognized leader in custom home organization systems. We're seeking motivated individuals to join our Sales Design Team. No prior design or sales experience is needed-we provide complete paid training, pre-set appointments, and all the tools you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Meet with clients in their homes (appointments provided-no cold calling!)
• Assess organizational needs (closets, garages, pantries, offices, etc.)
• Create personalized design solutions using our software - Present designs, close sales, and manage follow-ups
• Build and manage your own schedule for a healthy work-life balance Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Creative and solution-focused mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must have a working cell phone
• Must be available for in-person training: July 21 - July 25
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Sample Schedule (Flexible & Self-Managed): 1-2 appointments per day + Follow Up

• 8:00 AM – Morning Appointment – by client request
• 10:00 AM - Morning Appointment
• 1:00-PM - Afternoon Appointment
• 4:00 PM -Afternoon Appointment
• 6:00 PM - Evening Appointment- by client request
• 2 Saturdays per month, you choose which Saturdays you work
