We are expanding and looking for a high-performing Sales Estimator / Project Sales Consultant who wants more than a job — someone who wants income growth, responsibility, and long-term opportunity.

Position Overview
This is a hybrid technical and client-facing role.
You will:
• Interpret architectural drawings and project specifications • Prepare accurate, high-margin estimates • Present proposals professionally and persuasively • Manage relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners • Drive projects from first inquiry to contract execution
You are not simply pricing jobs — you are helping design and sell premium solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to prepare detailed estimates • Engage directly with clients to understand design intent and scope • Create and present polished proposals and pricing packages • Manage the full sales cycle — inquiry to signed contract • Negotiate pricing while protecting margin • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Track pipeline and maintain CRM accuracy • Coordinate internally for smooth post-sale execution • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in estimating, construction sales, glazing, or related field • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Professional presence — confident with high-end clients • Organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable using CRM, Excel, and estimating tools • Self-motivated and income-driven
Glazing or architectural product experience is a strong plus.
