We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Events Representative to join our growing team.

    Sales Representative

    Location: Woodland Hills, CA (In-Office, Full-Time) Travel Required: Occasional travel for conventions and trade shows

    This individual will promote USA Express to new and existing clients, attend industry conventions, and serve as a professional ambassador for our brands. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and presenting solutions that meet the unique needs of law firms and corporate clients.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate new business opportunities.

    Communicate with prospects and clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored services.

    Present and demonstrate USA Express services to potential clients; clearly and confidently explain our services (investigations, process serving, filings, proofs, etc.).

    Attend trade shows, conventions, and networking events to represent and promote the company.

    Negotiate agreements and pricing in a fiscally responsible manner.

    Drive new business through professional networking and direct sales.

    Monitor budgets and ensure responsible use of company resources when traveling or entertaining.

    Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.

    Provide periodic sales forecasts and progress updates to management.

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Abilities

    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Confidence in presenting and networking at events.

    Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset.

    Effective communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate services, value propositions, and company expertise.

    Knowledgeable in lead generation, client follow-up, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

    Qualifications

    Minimum 2–3 years of sales/business development experience.

    Prior experience representing a company at industry events or trade shows.

    Exceptional communication and presentation skills — articulate, well-spoken, and persuasive.

    Strong knowledge of legal support services and terminology.

    Skilled negotiator.

    Budget-conscious and fiscally responsible.

    PAY RATE-

    $65,000 annually (exempt, full Time)plus travel expenses
