As the first national smart space installation and services company, we’re growing fast and are seeking a Sales and Growth Manager who will be responsible for closing deals with customers, following up on leads, and meeting performance goals.

    We’re seeking a driven, client-focused Sales and Growth Manager to join our team. This role combines consultative sales with deep technical knowledge, bridging the gap between homeowner vision, design requirements, and technical execution. The ideal candidate will excel at cultivating relationships with high-end clients, architects, builders, and designers while providing expert guidance on system design, product selection, and integration.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Serve as the primary point of contact for luxury homeowners, builders, and design professionals

    Conduct client consultations to uncover lifestyle needs and translate them into customized home automation solutions

    Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations that clearly communicate design concepts and value

    Partner with engineering and installation teams to ensure technical feasibility and smooth project delivery

    Stay up to date with the latest in smart home technology, luxury products, and industry trends

    Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive relationship-building, networking, and follow-through

    Provide product demonstrations and system walk-throughs for clients

    Maintain accurate records of opportunities, client communications, and sales progress in CRM

    What You Bring to the Team

    3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury home automation, AV integration, smart home technology, or related high-end industries

    Strong technical knowledge of integrated systems (e.g., Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, or similar)

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications

    Proven track record of consultative sales and relationship management with high-net-worth clients

    Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities

    A self-starter who thrives in a client-facing, entrepreneurial environment

    Comfortable collaborating with others and speaking in front of groups
