The primary focus of this job is selling homes, leasing made-ready units, and landlord-tenant relations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Liaison between the company, our tenants, vendors, and potential customers
Educate the client about home ownership, purchasing and/or leasing options
Build a network of interested leads generated by marketing, social media, and word of mouth
Answer phone and email inquiries about rental and sales
Schedule Showings
Provide step-by-step guidance and assurance throughout the entire rental and sales process
Responsible for daily administrative duties relating to sales, leasing and tenant relations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
Respond to sales and leasing inquiries
Maintain communication with prospects
Be familiar with landlord-tenant laws
Pre-qualifying customers
Provide customers with a good knowledge base for home ownership and leasing
Provide a positive experience for the consumer, that is streamlined, simple and pleasurable
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong customer service skills with an innate ability to dissolve roadblocks
Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communicator and listener
Proven track record for sales and closing deals
Knowledge of office software and the ability to learn proprietary software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Word, & Excel)
5 years of consistent sales history.
Background in mortgages or finance helpful
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 pounds, as well as occasional bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
