Key Responsibilities

Handle data entry with precision, including client records and sales data.

Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless client follow-ups.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies across digital channels (social media.)

Coordinate engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms following brand guidelines.

Support sales outreach, follow-ups, and client communication to nurture relationships.

Confirm appointments to ensure production sold is completed.

Track campaign performance and sales metrics, offering insights.

Help organize schedule, production days, and promotional campaigns.

Maintain software, tracking prospects through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Experience in treatment planning and case presentation (dental, medspa, or plastic surgery) required

Interest in sales and marketing with a willingness to grow.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Experience with social media platforms and basic content tools.

Detail-oriented and organized, able to juggle multiple tasks.

Familiarity with CRM systems or a willingness to learn.
