Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator and play a key role in connecting our sales, estimating, and marketing efforts. ✨ What You’ll Do:
As our Sales amp; Marketing Coordinator, you'll support essential functions across multiple teams with tasks like:

• Coordinating incoming sales inquiries and estimates

• Administering and maintaining our CRM system (configuration, data upkeep, training, reports)

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns and special projects

• Organizing trade show logistics and exhibitor coordination

• Supporting industry certification processes (CMMC compliance)

• Sharing front desk reception duties while staying on top of core responsibilities

🔧 What You Bring:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

• Familiarity with email marketing, social media tools, and basic web CMS

• Design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva) are a plus!

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• A team player mindset with a professional, customer-friendly demeanor

🎓 Your Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years in a marketing/sales support role

• Experience with CRM platforms, campaign coordination, and event/trade show planning

• Manufacturing industry experience and design skills are bonuses
