    Qualicare Homecare Southwest Silicon Valley is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join our family as Sales and Marketing Coordinators. Qualicare location offers home care services that focus on providing the best quality of life for our clients and peace of mind for their families.

    Job Summary Reporting to the CEO, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the business development of the agency by networking and connecting with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate sales referrals for home care solutions. She/he will coordinate and manage sales within a defined geographic area and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.

    Initially, this is a part-time position with flexible hours, but can grow to full-time over summer 2026.

    Responsibilities

    Develops a sales and marketing plan

    Plans and creates business development opportunities

    Follows the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services

    Establishes working rapport with health care professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory

    Identifies new business opportunities and creates and builds proposals

    Manages sales accounts and meets financial targets with respect to sales and business development opportunities

    Participates in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness

    Qualifications

    Computer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, (or G-Suite), CRM databases

    Familiarity with social media platforms

    Has a vehicle with a valid driver’s license and car insurance

    Strong time management and planning skills

    Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

    Detail oriented

    Work remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
