    Kalon Executive Search is partnering with an emerging health and wellness company to identify a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to support the launch and expansion of a premium nutritional supplement brand in the U.S. market. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing organization at an early stage and play a key role in shaping its commercial strategy, brand presence, and retail growth. This is a highly visible, high-impact role reporting directly to company leadership. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of the company’s U.S. go-to-market strategy across DTC e-commerce, Amazon, digital marketing, and retail distribution channels.

    The ideal candidate combines strong commercial instincts with hands-on execution experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, natural products, or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.

    ***This is a Remote position based in New York/ Northeast USA

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the company’s U.S. go-to-market and commercialization strategy
    • Define customer segmentation, brand positioning, and key messaging
    • Establish performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and growth targets across all sales channels
    • Partner with leadership on annual forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives
    • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central operations, including:
      • PPC campaigns
      • Listing optimization
      • A+ content
      • Brand Registry
      • Ratings/review strategy
    • Oversee the company’s DTC e-commerce platform (Shopify or similar)
    • Lead digital acquisition initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media channels
    • Drive conversion rate optimization, email marketing automation, and retention strategies
    • Build and manage influencer, affiliate, and partnership marketing programs within the wellness space
    • Identify and secure new retail partnerships across natural, specialty, and mass retail channels
    • Manage relationships with brokers, distributors, and retail partners
    • Support trade marketing initiatives, promotional planning, and in-store merchandising programs
    • Negotiate pricing, promotional activity, and placement opportunities with retail buyers
    • Collaborate with creative and cross-functional partners to develop marketing collateral, packaging copy, and digital assets
    • Ensure all marketing materials comply with FDA and FTC regulations related to dietary supplements
    • Support PR, content marketing, and community engagement initiatives to increase brand visibility and consumer awareness

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial management within the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, wellness, natural products, or CPG industry
    • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central for a consumer brand
    • Strong background in DTC e-commerce and digital performance marketing
    • Experience securing and managing retail distribution partnerships
    • Working knowledge of FDA/FTC marketing and labeling regulations for supplements or wellness products
    • Experience developing and managing marketing budgets and performance metrics
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes and strategies in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal oversight
    • Existing relationships within natural products retail, brokers, or wellness distribution channels are highly desirable

    Compensation: Base salary $60,000-$100,000 plus bonus
