    We are looking for a driven Sales and Marketing Manager with strong B2B sales experience to join our franchise and make an impact every day. Our mission is clear: to help restore fire and water damage — “Like it never even happened.” You’ll play a critical role in driving that mission forward by building and nurturing strategic business relationships.

    In this leadership position, you will mentor and motivate a high-performing marketing team while overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns. You’ll manage e-marketing resources, maintain our contact database, develop compelling presentation materials, and represent our franchise at B2B networking events, local and regional trade shows, and professional associations.

    We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong marketing and business development background, and a passion for providing exceptional service.     Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct annual marketing needs assessments, including planning CE classes, lunch-and-learns, and other educational events tailored to business clients and referral partners

    Assist in creating and managing the marketing budget and action plans for centers of influence (COIs) and B2B outreach

    Establish revenue, collection, and activity goals; monitor performance against marketing objectives

    Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including annual marketing plans and budgets

    Increase B2B sales revenue and achieve sales goals by training and coaching the marketing team

    Recruit, hire, and evaluate marketing staff performance, and oversee administrative tasks related to marketing

    Required Experience and Skills:

    5+ years of B2B sales, marketing experience with a proven track record of growth

    Strong oral and written communication skills

    Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities

    Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Ability to build rapport in new or challenging situations — especially with business clients and strategic partners

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience

    Experience with professional sales or marketing associations is a plus

    Must be able to successfully complete a background check, where applicable
