We're growing fast — especially in commercial verticals — and are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the charge in expanding our brand, building partnerships, and driving revenue.
About the Role
This is not a desk job. It’s part hunter, part marketer, part relationship builder. You'll drive our sales strategy, attend networking events, meet with property managers and business owners, manage referrals, and help us become the go-to name in eco-friendly junk removal across Chicagoland.
You’ll also collaborate closely with our marketing support team and operations leaders to align sales activity with lead generation and service delivery.

What You Bring
· Proven sales experience in a field-based, B2B, or service-related industry
· Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
· Strong self-motivation and ability to manage time independently
· Social media fluency (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
· Comfort working non-traditional hours (evenings/weekends for events, networking, and client meetings)
· Willingness to travel locally across the Chicago area (vehicle allowance provided)
· Passion for sustainability, community giving, and building something with purpose

· Base Salary + Tiered Commissions
