We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Specialist. This role will be pivotal in increasing awareness of our school, generating leads, and ultimately driving enrollment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, creative thinking abilities, and a passion for education. Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to engage with our target audience effectively.
Create compelling content to showcase the school's offerings and achievements, including posts, stories, and videos.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and maintain a positive online reputation.
Local Event Participation:
Identify relevant local events, fairs, and community gatherings to promote the school.
Coordinate the school's presence at events, including setting up booths, distributing promotional materials, and interacting with attendees.
Collaborate with school staff to organize and host on-campus events, such as open houses and information sessions.
Local Business Collaboration and Partnerships:
Research and identify potential collaboration opportunities with local businesses and organizations.
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to explore partnership possibilities, such as sponsorships, co-promotions, or joint events.
Work closely with businesses to cross-promote services and leverage each other's networks to reach a broader audience.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Implement lead-generation strategies to attract prospective students and families.
Follow up on leads promptly, providing information about the school's programs, admissions process, and benefits.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM software.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, event participation, and partnership activities.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators, such as lead generation, engagement metrics, and enrollment numbers.
Use insights to refine strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
Our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the education industry or willingness to learn.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
