    Position Overview:

    The Sales and Operations Coordinator (SOC) is responsible for daily sales/invoices/payables in QuickBooks Cloud, property operations, event planning and payroll coordination. The SOC serves as the “catch-all” for the administration of the business, answering calls, replying to inquiries, creating invoices, tracking payments, coordinating projects and providing high-quality customer service. The SOC is knowledgeable of all the endeavors and goals of Tanlink Corporation and keeps pace of day-to-day operations.

    Tanlink Corporation is an innovator of aftermarket vehicle electronics including dash cameras, portable jump starters and truck accessories. We are expanding the U.S. brick and mortar sales channel, including national accounts, key regional accounts and individual store owners.

    Position Responsibilities:

    · Utilizing QuickBooks, process orders, payments, maintain customer database and prepare reports as needed.

    · Audit detailed invoicing from 3rd party vendors and ensure accurate payroll for 4 employees

    · Interface daily with 3rd-party warehouse to validate inventory, obtain order tracking and remedy picking issues.

    · Prepare and interpret sales reports from the company’s ERP system and update spreadsheets with pertinent information.

    · Assist in sales operations, meetings, trainings, office management, building operations and event execution.

    · Coordinate long lead time projects and events. Ensure industry memberships are maintained and annual event calendar is driven on time. Assist in procuring event space, travel, lodging and supporting event assets.

    · Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.

    · Maintain accurate office filing, paper and electronic.

    · Maintain strong knowledge of the company's products.

    · Ability to lift 30 lbs.

    · Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.

    · Assume other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    · Confident experience in Excel, Intuit QuickBooks online, PPT, Word

    · Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience

    · 1-2 years of customer service experience

    · Spanish speaking is a bonus

    Schedule:

    Monday – Friday, Riverside, CA and select weekend events
