    Job Overview:

    At Just Junkin, we are looking for an experienced Salesperson to join our team. This position combines sales expertise with junk removal services. As a Sales & Junk Removal Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to sell our services to customers while assisting with the physical junk removal process. We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you're well-equipped with the skills needed for junk removal, but your focus will be on driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

    Total Compensation:

    $16.50 - $35.00 per hour, which encompasses commission on sales, Hourly rate, tips, and performance-based incentives!

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead the sales process by engaging with potential customers, assessing their needs, and offering customized junk removal solutions.

    Drive revenue by upselling additional services and maximizing sales opportunities on every job.

    Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring clients are satisfied with the junk removal process and feel confident about your recommendations.

    Assist with junk removal by safely loading and unloading items from homes, offices, and other buildings.

    Represent Just Junkin professionally by maintaining positive interactions with clients, building rapport, and promoting repeat business.

    Operate junk removal trucks and assist in sorting materials for recycling, donation, or proper disposal.

    Follow all safety protocols and ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and safely.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Previous sales experience is required, ideally in outside sales, customer service, or a related field.

    A proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.

    Comfortable working in a customer-facing role with the ability to engage and influence clients positively.

    Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more), and work in various weather conditions.

    Reliable transportation to and from the office.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

    Must be willing to submit a background check.

    Eligible to work in the United States.

    Additional Information:

    Schedule: Monday - Friday and weekends.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Expected Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week

    Shifts Available: Day shift, 8-hour shifts
