HomeSmiles is looking for a motivated, energetic Sales and Outreach Intern to help grow our local brand. This part-time role is ideal for students or recent grads seeking hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development. You’ll help distribute materials, generate leads, and support the sales process with real outreach efforts. This is a great way to gain resume-worthy experience, improve communication skills, and earn bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities
Distribute marketing materials to real estate offices and neighborhoods
Make outreach calls and emails to potential clients
Support CRM tracking, lead follow-ups, and appointment setting
Assist with community marketing campaigns and events
Represent HomeSmiles professionally during in-person visits
Collaborate with the sales team to build local awareness and generate leads
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in college or a recent graduate (preferred)
Comfortable speaking with new people and making phone calls
Reliable transportation for local field outreach
Familiar with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, internet)
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Interest in sales, marketing, business, or communications (preferred)
