    About the Position

    RealCraft is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales & Project Coordinator to support our sales team and help guide custom projects from order entry through completion. This role is a blend of customer service, project coordination, and office support, helping ensure customers and internal teams stay informed, organized, and moving forward smoothly.

    If you enjoy collaboration, problem-solving, and managing details, this could be the role for you. You’ll work closely with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Accounting while supporting customers with their experience with RealCraft.

    RealCraft designs and builds premium custom doors and hardware for homeowners, architects, and designers nationwide. We work with real materials—true timber doors and solid metal hardware—crafted onsite using traditional processes.     What We Offer

    $26 - $30 hourly wage

    Key Responsibilities

    Customer & Sales Support

    Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

    Provide updates to customers regarding orders, timelines, and shipping

    Support sales follow-up, customer communication, and order coordination

    Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed

    Keep the sales team informed of product updates, pricing changes, and production-related changes that may impact customer communication

    Project Coordination

    Enter and track projects within internal systems

    Manage project details, approvals, change orders, and documentation

    Coordinate packing lists and job-related paperwork for production and shipping

    Help keep projects organized, accurate, and moving on schedule

    Showroom & Office Support

    Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom and office environment

    Assist with customer visits, scheduling, filing, and administrative support

    Help support team meetings, projects, and day-to-day office operations

    Qualifications

    At least 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or project coordination

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    Excellent communication and follow-through

    Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a team environment

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

    Experience with Shopify, HubSpot, Trello, or DocuSign is a plus

    Interest in design, architecture, woodworking, or home products is helpful
