Well established, stable and growing Allstate Insurance Agency of 36+ years is looking to hire a smart, outgoing and motivated individual looking for a career in the insurance business. Agency is willing to work closely with the individual for their success. Initially, new Team Member will have dual roles of service and sales. This creates commission opportunities in addition to an hourly wage.

Candidate to have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, money motivated, detail oriented, goal oriented, patient, willing to learn, phone skills and the ability to multitask. It's extremely important to have the ability to call prospects, current customers and prospects.

Job duties to include and not limited to assist current customers in processing endorsements and changes to policies, follow up on leads, prospect for new customers, pivoting and selling to current customers, assist in policy retention, as well as follow up. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required. Personal Lines or Property and Casualty.
