As a Sales and Service Specialist, you’ll not only promote and sell insurance policies but also serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

What You’ll Do:

Build and nurture client relationships, acting as their go-to insurance expert.

Provide personalized insurance solutions by educating clients on coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.

Generate new leads through outreach efforts, including networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

Meet or exceed sales goals to support the agency’s growth while delivering outstanding customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

A passion for helping people and making an impact.

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life) is preferred but not required – we’ll support you in obtaining one!
