Among the responsibilities of the role are:

Identify opportunities to prospect and cross sell insurance products

Estimating and quoting policy premiums

Reviewing current coverages to advise customers regarding policy options

Contacting business partners for guidance

Build relationships inside and outside of the organization

Qualifications:

Must have and maintain property and casualty insurance licenses

Obtain and maintain life insurance license

Positive and caring attitude

Demonstrated customer service experience

Effective communication skills

Experienced with PC software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer)

Ability to learn American Family Insurance products, services, and computer systems
