About the Role:

Join Microbial Biological Fertilizer International (MBFi) as a Sales & Technical Agronomist for North & South Dakota, where you will drive regional growth, build new and strengthen existing relationships with ag partners, and provide expert agronomic support. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative solutions that enhance crop performance..

Responsibilities:

Own and grow MBFi’s business across the assigned region

Build and strengthen relationships with growers, dealers, and distributors

Develop new customer accounts and expand the existing base

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans

Conduct field trials and demonstrate product performance

Provide technical agronomic support and product training

Convert trial results into commercial adoption and sales growth

Represent MBFi at field days, trade shows, and customer events

Monitor and report market trends and competitor activity

Manage territory operations, reporting, and communication with leadership

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Agriculture Business or related science field or equivalent experience as an outside sales representative · 3-5 years’ experience as outside sales representative with demonstrable district management success. Previous work experience in the Ag Chem Industry, Seed Industry and/or Biological seed treatments is preferred. · Competent computer skills (MS word, Excel and PowerPoint) · Positive attitude and unquestionable ethics. · Excellent customer relation and active listening skills. · Excellent personal motivation. · Attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to multitask. · Strong verbal presentation and one on one communication skills. · Good diplomacy and public relation skills. · Valid driver's license. · This position will be expected to travel frequently within the assigned district and occasionally outside the district.
