POSITION OBJECTIVE
Responsible for the proper operation of the warehouse and office, ensuring inventory control, efficient customer service, the complete sales and collections process, as well as the active search for new clients.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
3+ years in warehouse operations.
Previous experience as a Sales & Warehouse Associate / Office & Warehouse Manager.
Experience loading, moving, and organizing heavy and bulky products.
Experience in HVAC distribution, construction, appliances, or industrial sectors.
Proven ability to perform physical work throughout the entire shift.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations
Receive and verify incoming merchandise.
Properly organize and store products in the warehouse.
Perform daily inventory counts and report discrepancies or shortages.
Prepare and deliver merchandise to customers according to completed sales.
Sales & Customer Service
Receive and assist customers at the office or point of sale.
Prepare sales orders and/or invoices.
Collect payments and correctly record them.
Deliver the corresponding merchandise to customers.
Answer phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
Provide clear information about products, pricing, and availability.
Administration & Control
Perform daily cash register close-outs.
Verify that daily revenue matches the day’s sales.
Maintain organized records of sales and payments documentation.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Experience in sales, warehouse, or customer service (preferred).
Basic computer and POS/sales system skills.
Strong organizational and numerical control skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS
On-site, full-time.
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexibility during high seasons (spring–summer).
Daily physical work required.
