    Job Summary:

    Here at Auto Collision Group the Dealer Liaison Manager is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships between the collision center network and partnered automotive dealerships. This role ensures a seamless flow of communication, consistent referral volume, and top-tier service delivery across all collision locations. The Dealer Liaison Manager serves as the primary point of contact for dealership partners, aligning expectations, resolving issues, and driving business development opportunities to grow dealer referrals and revenue.

    Summary of Duties

    · Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealership partners across multiple locations.

    · Serve as the central point of contact between dealers and collision center management to ensure service quality, timely communication, and issue resolution.

    · Proactively manage referral relationships, ensuring vehicles are scheduled and serviced in accordance with dealership expectations and KPIs.

    · Track and report on dealer referral performance, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction metrics; identify trends and areas for improvement.

    · Partner with shop managers to coordinate consistent workflow, service capacity, and dealer-specific requirements.

    · Conduct regular dealer visits to strengthen relationships, assess satisfaction, provide updates, and gather feedback.

    · Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute dealer engagement programs, service promotions, and co-branded opportunities.

    · Assist in the onboarding of new dealer partnerships and integration of expectations into collision center workflows.

    · Provide training and support to internal staff to reinforce the best practices in dealer engagement and customer service.

    Qualifications:

    Driver’s License required

    Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in collision center operations or dealership relations.

    Computer Skill: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Other Skills:

    · Strong knowledge of the collision repair process, customer service operations, and dealership business models.

    · Proven relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

    · Highly organized with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

    · Effective oral and written communications skills

    · Ability to analyze operational data and recommend process improvements.

    · Self-starter who is highly organized

    · Able to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail
