Job Description

We have a tech start-up client who is looking for a sales recruiter. This position is remote and a six-month contract.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales recruiting experience
• Experience working at agency and in-house
• experience working for a start-up or well known tech company
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B enterprise sales
• Familiarity with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales enablement, and account-based selling.
• Has recruited for roles such as: A ccount Executives who handle average deal size of 500k+
• Proven success in high-volume recruiting for GTM roles at startups or scaling businesses.
• Strong sourcing skills for competitive markets, targeting diverse talent pools.
• Effective at building partnerships with hiring managers to identify the right talent profiles.
