They are wanting to bring onboard a career-driven Account Support Specialist to the team.
JOB
Account Support Specialists are responsible for engaging with the company's clients to aid them throughout the e-commerce fulfillment process. While providing top-tier customer service, you will also collaborate with other departments internally to identify the clients' order status, shipping dates, pricing needs, product availability, and backorders. Client communications aside, this role requires extensive MS Office use and CRM organization. Finding success in this role will depend on your ability to maintain strong communication with your accounts while also upholding a high attention to detail in your reporting.
