Our client is a 2nd generation, family owned company that provides print, mail, marketing, administration, and e-services to its customers all over the nation. They are seeking a Director of Customer Service to lead a group of 4 B2B professionals in serving their existing client base.
JOB
The vast majority of the role is high-level strategic work creating scalable, duplicatable systems and systemizing a department that revolves around long-term relationships with loyal customers. The company would like to see increased technology, record keeping, procedures, and metrics to measure the performance of its teams.
